Majestic Photobooth NYC rentals start at $5,000 for the Classic Standard package, which includes up to four hours, custom photo strip design, a branded welcome screen, post-event gallery, and unlimited photos.
The Classic Custom package starts at $7,500 and includes everything in Standard plus up to six hours, custom wood grain or printed panels, and a full data package. We serve all five boroughs from our Brooklyn office, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. We regularly work at venues across Soho, Tribeca, Midtown, the Lower East Side, Williamsburg, and beyond. For events outside of NYC, travel fees may apply, contact us to discuss your location.

A rental is a one-time booking for a specific event. Our venue placement program is a long-term partnership where we install a fully custom photo booth at your NYC bar, restaurant, hotel, or museum at no cost to you, instead of you buying a photo booth yourself and dealing with maintenance.
We handle everything from custom design and installation to maintenance and 24/7 support. Your venue also gets monthly guest email lists to support your marketing.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak season events between August and December. NYC venues book up fast, and earlier booking gives our design team more time to create a fully custom experience. That said, reach out regardless of your timeline, we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes, it can be fully customized. Every Classic Custom Majestic photo booth is built around your specific event or brand. That includes the exterior panels, curtains, photo strip layout, branded welcome screen, and custom email content. We work directly with you through every step of the design process, from first concept through final approval.
An attendant is included in the Classic Custom package and available as an add-on for the Classic Standard. Our attendants manage the booth on-site, guide guests through the experience, and handle any technical issues so your event runs without interruption.
Yes. With every printed photo strip, guests also receive their photos and GIFs via email. After your event, you will receive a link to your full online gallery, along with a data package of guest emails if selected.
